I am a Parisien – Egyptian who happens to be a networking fashion-design-travel-lifestyle freak! I worked in the fashion world for the past 25 years as a model, buyer, consultant for luxury brands like Dior, Christian Lacroix, Chantal Thomas, Jean Louis Scherrer, to name but a few. In 2009 I launched my own consulting company, SEKHMET LifeStyle Moda Ltd, a fashion and luxury consumer goods consulting company with international reach. I focus on advising brands and retailers on the management and optimization of their retail & development strategies. I am currently based between Athens and Istanbul where I am consulting the famous French brand Zadig & Voltaire. I launched the brand in the region and successfully developed it by opening 8 shops in Turkey and Greece since I started in 2011.

Alongside my consultations within the Fashion world, I am also a certified Style, confidence and fulfillment coach. I work one-to-one with individuals wishing to make a distinct – sometimes radical – change in their appearance or their lifestyle. I also engage with corporate clients who require a sharp, smart edge for business.

Born and raised in Cairo, my love affair with clothes & fashion began at a very young age. I moved to Paris in my twenties to study fashion merchandising at Esmod and photography at Parsons. I worked in the fashion industry for over 25 as a model, buyer, and consultant for many luxury brands.

11 years ago, I decided to study style and life coaching when I realised the strong connection between the body and mind and a strong belief that true style comes from the combination of inner and outer confidence.

How we feel inside when we wear our clothes is as important as the clothing itself.

We give life to the way we dress by how we think and act. Our lifestyle is a product of our individual creative power. It's not our clothes that define is, it's who we are, what we like to do, how we live, how we lead our lives, and how we make others feel about themselves.

As a life and style coach, my aim is to help my client:
Look and feel good inside and out.
Have a greater level of confidence.
Have better relationships.
A great work/life balance.
Find a new passion and drive for work.
Define a clear sense of purpose in their life.

How can we overcome our resistance to change?

When we resist change, we do so because we wish to remain in our comfort zone. A zone that comforts us, a familiar zone.

But no one will or can change our lives but us.

If we are aware of who we are, what we do, and what needs to change, we can learn how to effect this change.

Ask ourselves, "What are the forces and beliefs that are secretly running our lives?"

If we want to move forward, we have to develop trust in ourselves. We must identify which belief system works for us and which works against us.

Our self-limiting beliefs are the feelings we auto

Our self-limiting beliefs are the feelings we automatically have based on our experiences from the past or our perspective of a reality that may not be accurate. We all have belief-statements, which we say consciously or unconsciously to ourselves, which sabotage our efforts and set us up for failure; they put our past in control of the direction of our future. We are brainwashing ourselves on a daily basis with the beliefs we have about ourselves, whether they are accurate or not.

We can become aware of and identify some of the self limiting beliefs we have about ourselves, we can ask ourselves -- is this really true? If we start asking ourselves some quality questions, we might end up getting some quality answers! We have the ability to brainwash ourselves with negative beliefs. Why not start to change them with positive ones instead?

Being authentically yourself means understanding & embracing who you are at your core. Finding yourself involves introspection, courage, and letting go of long-held beliefs of who you're supposed to be. The rewards are immeasurable.

It doesn't mean being selfish. It simply means liking yourself. Living life how you wanted to live it, regardless of others people opinion. It means you respect yourself. Worring about what others think is a waste of time, you can't control them or control their thoughts. Everyone has their own lives, and they are free to live thier life on their own terms and conditions.
